Overall my stay was very enjoyable and would definitely book here again. The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a good area, near local convenience store, eateries and important places. The staff were very amiable, affable. The room was great-sized and well laid out on which to put toiletries and it had wake-up service, that's cool. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, for example, a public museum was just a short walk away from the property.

Who needs a privacy curtain in the kitchen, or a big TV, or a mirror in the bathroom? So overrated.

For us it was close to the Dunedin Hospital And we were able to relax and not too much road noise.

the hotel of choice in dunedin. reasonable base for traveling to dunedin and exploring local places. the staff were fantastic friendly and the design was nice. separate room with the bathroom and toiletries, for example. with a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge. central location, just a pleasant stroll away from an art museum. walking distance to a convenience store and convenience stores across the street.

As youngsters, we found the location of the motel perfect for exploring the city. It's a straightforward walk to the center, which was a great way to get some exercise after a long drive. The spacious and well-equipped accommodation made us feel right at home. Despite being on the main road, the double glazing kept the room quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The laundry facility was also a convenient bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at Owens Motel! The room had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a comfy sofa and good WiFi. The location was perfect, within walking distance to town and convenient shops nearby. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this motel.

The unit had a very small basin in the bathroom, difficult to use esp. when cleaning your teeth! And some where to put toiletries would be great.

Location: the hotel was not far from the museum.

Spacious and quiet apartment with great location to downtown. The room had a separate parking spot off the side street, and it was within walking distance to the University of Otago. The hotel staff were friendly and even accommodated my early check-in request. Additionally, there was a nearby dairy that was really well stocked.
